We ship worldwide with a flat rate shown upon checkout.
When will I get my order?
At The Leather Goods Co, we hand make each of your bags with care upon order.
Orders in Asia are expected to reach in 5 to 7 working days.
Orders to the rest of world are shipped are expected to reach in 7 to 14 working days.
Our estimated delivery times are based on general international shipping times to your local post office. Do note your local post office might take an extended period in sorting and delivering your item to you.
What if I need to change my order?
No worries! If you need to change your order’s destination or its contents, simply contact us here and we can make any amendments for you.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Certainly! All our bags are handpacked and ribboned in a gift bag. Most of our customers often orders our bags as gifts, which we will also attached a handwritten card with.
To send as a gift, simply indicate it upon ordering and we will take care of the rest for you.
Are your prices in USD?
All listed prices, including shipping rates are in US Dollars (USD). All taxes and duties has been included in our prices.
Please note that depending on your local regulations regarding imports, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival.
Can I purchase a gift card for my recipient to choose a bag he/she likes?
Of course! Simply contact us and we can arrange a gift card of your preferred value for you. We will even send it to your recipient by email or a card if you prefer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please select PayPal Option upon checkout to pay by credit card.
We also accept Bank Transfer from all local and international Banks.
For purchases in our retail store, we accept all major credit cards, NETS and cash.
What's your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your new bag purchase, so if you open your goods and find they are not quite right for you, please contact us here stating your order number.
You have 14 days from receiving the order to post your item (it needs to be postmarked within these 14 days). We will email you the instructions to return the item.
We are a small, independent design company so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition and a timely fashion is crucial to our business.
Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original condition. Please also include any dust bags or original tags and packaging within the parcel.
Once your goods are returned to us we will quality check them and process a refund / store credit.
Our return policy charges a flat rate 38 USD restocking fee due to our free shipping provided with all orders. Return postage labels are also not included.
All items ordered during promotional sale, such as “Black Friday Sale” and “Christmas Sale” are not available for returns.
How can I make an exchange?
We are not able to directly exchange goods, so if you decide you would like a different product we will issue a store credit and you can place a new order.
We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you use a trackable service when returning your order.
If the package received is damaged we will contact you with photos of the damage so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
If the return is dispatched after 14 working days we will issue store credit at our discretion.
Please note that shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
Our bags are designed and made to age beautifully with time, adding your individual character to the ever-changing patina of the leather that makes each and every one of our bags so unique.
Our bags hold up really well in the rain but they are not waterproof. If they ever got wet under the rain, simply leave dry them with a hair dryer or leave them under the sun for a few hours and they will be good to go again.
